Si ATM and Moldavian Air Traffic Services Authority (MoldATSA) have recently signed a contract for the supply of a new Air Traffic Management (ATM) system to replace the current MoldATSA system. The new system shall implement the latest in automation of ATM and will thus also comply with future requirements raised by the ongoing modernisation programmes in European ATM such as SESAR, CCAMS, CDA, CPDLC, D-AIM and ICAO 2012. The 30th year anniversary of TERCAS was celebrated on the 15th of April 2011 in Moscow with a grand banquet in the magnificent art gallery named after Russian artist Tsereteli. More than 400 specially invited guests, VIPs and distinguished personalities from the Russian air navigation community were entertained with speeches and performances while enjoying a wonderful dinner.

Following a tradition of 15 years, Si ATM was present also at this year’s ATCGlobal 2011 – the largest fair within the ATM business. This year, Si ATM had prepared a new design of their stand allowing them to present new products. It proved to be a success.
